Palm Beach

Palm Beach is the vibrant heart of Aruba’s resort scene — a two-mile stretch of soft white sand framed by calm turquoise waters. By day, it’s ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or lounging under palapas; by night, it transforms with beachfront dining, music, and shimmering lights from nearby bars and piers. The constant breeze and stunning sunsets make it one of the Caribbean’s most beloved beaches, located directly in front of the Aruba Marriott Resort.

California Lighthouse

Standing tall on a limestone bluff at Aruba’s northwestern tip, the California Lighthouse is one of the island’s most iconic landmarks. Built in 1910 and named after the steamship California that wrecked nearby, it offers sweeping panoramic views of the coastline, sand dunes, and turquoise sea. Visit at sunset to see the island glow golden beneath the fading light — it’s a photographer’s favorite and just a short 10-minute drive from Palm Beach.

Arikok National Park

Covering nearly 20% of Aruba, Arikok National Park is a rugged, dramatic landscape of desert hills, volcanic rock formations, and hidden caves etched with ancient Arawak drawings. It’s home to the famous Natural Pool (Conchi) — a secluded basin protected by lava rock and perfect for a refreshing dip. Adventurers can explore by 4×4, ATV, or guided hike, discovering native flora, wild goats, and breathtaking ocean cliffs along the way. Only about 30–40 minutes from the resort, it’s the island’s wild soul.

Bubali Bird Sanctuary

Located just inland from Palm Beach, Bubali Bird Sanctuary is a peaceful retreat from the island’s bustle. The lush wetlands attract over 80 species of migratory and native birds, including herons, egrets, coots, and Caribbean parakeets. A wooden observation tower lets visitors quietly overlook the lagoons and enjoy the natural side of Aruba — an easy stop for nature lovers only five minutes from the resort.
